hey world... does anyone still use this jawn? i have not in quite some time... so how's life? fabulous. yes yes. i just work to damn much! hehe. friggin real world and all it's responsibilities... like people's lives in my hands... what's that about?! mwhahaha... ok, seriously- not much is new since my last post MONTHS ago. work is good- learning a lot, doing some good. :) i just got home from a 12 hour shift and i'm giddy... go figure! and i work night shift for the rest of the week/weekend sooo i can go out tonight (and friday night). holla! i'll probably head up to bernie's tonight and get my draaank on, since i can sleep all day tomorrow. sweet. :) i'll have to drag the old man out with me, so he can be my designated driver! see, he's good for something! haha. jk. oh, valentine's day was nice- our 3rd (and a half)! hehe. we went out to dinner at Laceno (love it). good italian food, good wine, good company. can't beat it. :) wow, me and the *jw* are working on 3 years here... crazy! :) (in a good way) hehe. oooh, i'll have to take the digital camera out with me tonight- justin wants a picture of his stupid beard! ;) he's so proud of it! haha...

oh, fun news! tommy and timmy want me to be in their "rap" video for The Nitty Gritty! "Nitty Gritty Love" is the song title!! HOLLA! :-D it's gonna me, tommy, and jenelle in a hot tub! big pimpin' styyyle. oh wooord?! haha... that should be pretty damn hilarious. gotta ghetto it up nice niiice. big puerto rican hoop earings and all.

well, i'm gonna go make some reservations for the Borgata now! :) yeah, i got a free room for next week, and we're all gonna go down and have a crazy good time! :) and maybe i'll win another 50 bucks on roulette... fingers crossed. :)

i'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!! it's been a while, hasn't it?! i've been a busy girl... sooo what's been up? besides DICK around me?! hahaha!! WHAAAT?! yeah imma PIMP. er, the female version. ;) a couple weekends ago random guys were offering to buy me drinks at the bar, then there was justin trying to go for THREE the other night, aaaand today some pervert jd (jewish doctor) was hitting on me at work! BACK UP OFF MY SHIT, SHIIIIIT! :-D haha... man, i'm WIRED!! been working night shift the past couple nights... 7pm-7am kinda sucks balls cause around 5am i'm like, "get me outta heeere, must sleeeeeep!" haha... my body's not used to it i guess... but last night and tonight i only work 11pm-7am, and dude- last night flew by... those 8 hour shifts are cake. and plus, holly (and the rest of the night shift nurses) are INSANE! talking all sorts of nastyness, giving the play by play on cathing tiny uncircumsized weiners, irish carbomb stories, strawberry shortcake!!! ah, so much fun. my unit is the best- NO OTHER UNIT at jeff is nearly as cool as FIVE NORTHEAST, biotch! haha... even pete from 5Center wants to transfer over to us! HOLLAAA!! haha... buuuut anyways, in all seriousness, i LOVE my job! :-D i actually didn't leave today til 45 minutes after my shift ended, cause i could tell that one of the patients that i had last week was feeling pretty lonely- so i sat in her room with her and we talked for a while... she's italian and her family (i met her daughters and husband) remind me of my family... so she was asking me about them, and i she was telling me about how she lives in south philly, and that her daughters went to goretti (st. maria goretti high school- my mom's alma mater) and what not... i think she really appreciated me staying there with her, because she's used to having so many people around- besides, nobody likes being in the hospital... i told i'd stop in to see her tonight when i come back in to work... it felt really good to make that time for her, and to see her smile. she reminds me of my pop-pop. :) buuut anyways, enough of all that sappy talk! :) this weekend- HOLLAween, i'm going to a party with holly and i think i'm gonna be marilyn monroe again... just cause it's kinda last minute plans... shiiit, who am i kidding? i have off the rest of the week AND the weekend- if i really wanted to look for a costume, i could! i guess i just i love my marilyn so damn much, sooo why not?! ;) now if only i could get a certain someone to be my JFK this year... if ya know what i mean! ;) JOKES! haha... ok, time for bed. gotta love sleeping during the day instead of at night like the rest of the world! :-D whatevs- last night of work then i get 5 days off!! sweeeet! xoxo.

*sigh* i just saw "eternal sunshine of the spotless mind" tonight with my *jw*. the previews for it intrigued me, and so i wanted to see it when it was in the theaters, but i never got around to seeing it... and then justin went to see it with his dad on like, the last day it was out... he said i'd like it, and that we'd rent it the day it came out on video. so tonight, we did. and it was incredible. seriously. i think actually, it may replace "american beauty" as my favorite movie ever. wow. i haven't felt this much from a movie in a long time... i feel, i dunno... inspired... or something. hehe. if you've ever been in love- or felt pain, then you'd know what i mean... well, if you've ever been in love, than you have felt pain, because well, that's what love IS. it's painful. painfully terrible, painfully confusing, and painfully wonderful. and the memories we have are precious- every single painful memory- is a gift. fate, too- i believe so strongly in it. "everything happens for a reason" and "what's meant to be, will be" trite, maybe. but i believe in it... 110million percent!

aww man... it's nice to be off during the week! :) i was starting to really miss everybody!! but since i worked this weekend, i had off monday, today, and thursday this week! HOLLA! i was also off friday, so i got to go out thursday night... me and justin just went over jordan's, and then to the diner, but i had a really good time. tommy said he missed me! aww! and that he's proud of me for doing so well with work! AWWW!!! hehe. :-D oh yeah, and aleXXX was drunk! (pretty hilarious). actually, REALLY hilarious! he reminded me of like a 16 year old girl! "I'M DRUUUNK!" haha... good stuff. :-D last night me and *jw* went bowling for the first time in FOREVER! nancy gave me the best "hello" ever! haha. dot dot drizunk showed up. reminissed like woah! laughed our "punk rock section" assess off! drank some beers. made anthony (the bartender dude) laugh- "what do you do for a living?" "i'm a nurse... on a cardiac unit!!" <--i say with a beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other, and a huge smile on my face! haha... AWESOME! tonight i'm going over *jw*'s- he's gonna make some crappy vegan dinner and then we're gonna watch "ETERNAL SUNSHINE..." sweet! :-D wednesday- jdub leaves for cali (OH SNAP!) cause his mom's finally getting married! donna mac! HOLLA!!! haha... but yeah, tommy said something to me about going up to bernies for $5 fishbowls, sooo perhaps i'll make an appearance up there! COMMANDO! haha! sike! umm... what?! CRAZY! oh yeah- last night when justin was in wawa getting me a meatball junior (fav. drunk food of choice) i made a drunk call to my bbbiiillll heath, and to my surprise he answered, and was not asleep!! *sigh* i miss him like woah. <3 i think we're actually gonna hang out this weekend! that would be super! :) oh and one night this weekend i think me and holly (my TJUH guuurl) are going out in the city! YAY! my work week is OVER! yes, i have off tomorrow (and the weekend, aaand paid time off for monday!) SWEET! i'm looking forward to whatever this weekend will bring... so far i have plans to go out in manyunk with holly and possibly chris- maybe a few others from the 5NE crew! hehe... whatever we end up doing, i know we'll have a good time- last weekend was CRAZY! me and holly worked a 12 (7am-7pm), and met tovah at her apartment (which is practically right across the street from the hospital). so we all got ready and hopped in a cab and went over to Tiki "Slobs" for happy hour... yeah, that place is pretty trashy (hence, our nickname for it), but the beer was cheap- so it was the perfect "pre-game" spot!! so we danced a little and then Don Vito showed up!! haha... Bam was supposed to be there too, but whatever- "he was in miami"- so me and holly got a picture with the fat slob! haha- it was hilarious! then he gave me a kiss on the cheek and gave us all beads! yes, we're such HOOOOOES! hahaha. SIKE! a little bit later (in typical tiki bob's fashion) so dirtball tried grinding up on me, and i spun around and laughed at him and walked away... haha... awesome. so anyways, we left there around 10 or so, and headed over to meet my sister and some of her peeps at Fado- that was a fun cab ride- considering we were pretty fucked up at that point! haha! so we met up at Fado, and it was pretty cool there... some of our med student guys showed up a little later and hung out for a while ("dan the maaan!"), and theeeen all of us walked over to the irish pub where some preppy republican PENN grad douchebag tried hitting on me... whatever dude. he was so lame. haha... so we had a couple more beers there, talked to some nice kids, and then headed out on the search for pizza- the best drunk food in the world-- but to no avail- so we settled for wawa meatball hoagies- MY favorite drunk food! so we ate our food at tovah's and passed out! it was a great night!! haha... the next morning holly left hella early, so when me and tovah finally got our asses up, we walked down to some place that makes crepes- but they weren't serving eggs(?!), so we opted for manhattan bagel instead... carbs are always good hangover food!! haha... i had such a good time- can't wait to do it again!!!

so i got to see Garden State yesterday with *jw*... it was super good good! hehe... i thought it was going to be weirder- it was a bit more normal than i expected, but it was refreshing. i'd like to see it again, actually. :) oh yeah, and that dude from Scrubs- he's totally my celebrity crush of the week now! <3 haha...

so yeah, yesterday was a nice day off- we went to the movies, and then back to his house for some vegetarian bbq "chicken" sandwiches which were actually quite good. :) i'm proud of justin for keeping up with the whole veggie thing- i know it means a lot to him, and this time he's been really sticking with it. after dinner we just laid around and watched the olympics on tv- and i teased him as often as possible during all the commercials-- "USA! USA!" "oh i love mcdonald's!" "wow, those big drug companies are great!" ...crazy cynical leftist!! haha... i love to play devil's advocate. :-D

i'm excited for this weekend- friday night i'm going out with some people from work (holly, tovah, possibly chris...) in the city (possibly tiki bobs- yikes!) and then we're all meeting up with my sister and her friends at Fado's... it should be a fabulous time! hehe. ;) xoxo.

i love my job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! love it love it love it... i hope i always feel this way. :) wow, not a bad feeling after a 12 hour shift!!

PS- today we practiced putting IVs in each other!! haha... OUCH. i let my fellow new co-workers stick me like 5 or 6 times!! chris said i must like the pain- like i'm some s&m chick or some shit! haha... by the way- i didn't get the IV in on the first try (actually, i got in the vein but blew right through the other side! ah, nuts!!) however, i did get a blood draw on the first try, so that was pretty sweet!

yes, how sweet is that?? justin sent me a dozen roses to congratulate me on my first week of work, and to tell me how proud he is of me... <3 he's amazing...

and so was my first week! i love it there, i really do. although it sucks getting up at 5 in the morning, i actually look forward to being there. (and hey, it's only 4 days/week!) it's kinda weird to love a job that much, but i do! i had some pretty interesting patients this week- one crazy guy who told his nurse the other day that he was going to throw her out the window, and then told me that i was an idiot and to get out of his room!! haha... my other patients were much nicer, and i was kinda sad to see one go- but happy too, because he was finally being discharged, and yes, getting better. :) i also love my job because i really like the people i work with- the nurses are super nice and smart, the techs are mostly funny black girls with attitude(!), and the doctors aren't really as intimidating as i thought they'd be... actually, a cute anesthesiologist asked me to come out for a drink the other night!! haha... yowzers! now i'm turning down doctors! OH SNAP! haha... maybe that's the real reason justin bought me flowers! haha jk jk!! :-D my preceptor's super cool too-- a preceptor is a nurse who is like your backup- you take care of a couple of their patients, and they make sure you know what your doing and help you out... my preceptor's name is chris- he's 23, super laidback, and smart- and doesn't make me feel stupid when i have questions... AND on friday he told me that he was really impressed with me- that he couldn't believe it was only my first week because i seemed really on the ball! AWESOME!! :)

but aaanyways, tuesday night- me, michelle, cheryl, darla, summer, and summ's sisters went to the phillies game! (cause we all had off on wednesday!) i hadn't been to a game since they were good- back in 93!! hehe... sooo i was hoping they'd win, and they WERE winning- buuut then they did the ol' philly choke, and lost it in the 9th inning!! haha... i could hear my pop-pop's voice in my head- THOSE BUMS!! :) anyways, despite the loss, we had a blast!

friday night: went over tony and mike d's to see their mom for her birthday... we rented a movie, and of course- i fell asleep on it!!
last night: me, justin, michelle, her cousin melanie, tony, and bill d went up to friday's and had a couple beers... good times! :)
this week: i have work monday-thurs, but then i have off friday, sat, sun, and monday! :)

haha... goddamn fire safety... ;)

so, i started work this week! central orientation, as they call it- which is basically another name for: learning all about the stupid hospital policies and all that kinda crapola while being bored to death!!! ...but hey, i'm getting paid for it!! $24.51/hr to be exact! :) i can't wait to get my first paycheck- it's gonna be HUGE! i get my $5,000 bonus PLUS another $800 or so for the week!! HOLY CANNOLI! haha! that's more money in one week than i've had... ever! hehe... but anyways, on monday (my first day), i met a couple of really cool girls, and we've been hanging out (having lunch and what not) the past couple of days. so that's pretty cool. making new friends is always fun. :-D i just can't wait til this week is over so i can start actually working on the unit- doing NURSING- not all these lectures and computer program nonsense!! hehe... oh yeah, i got my schedule for august- it's super sweet! i only work 4 days a week (2 8-hr shifts and 2 12-hr shifts) and have off every weekend this month! one week i actually have a 4-day weekend-- i work monday-thursday, and then have off friday, sat, sun, and monday! sweeeeeeet! :) once i'm off orientation (after 12 weeks) it'll be even sweeeeter(!) cause i'll only have to work 3 days a week if i opt to do 3 12's... awesome. :)

OH YEAH- i went to see The Village with michelle, cheryl, and bill d. the other night... we smoked first thinking it would be craaaazy... hehe... ah, i was sadly mistaken... the movie totally sucked... or maybe i was just coming down hard or something, but by the end i was so disinterested- like, "is that it?! laaaame!" haha... oh well, at least it was free! :) a fun night nonetheless... :-D

this is it... my last weekend responsibility-free... tomorrow is my first day of orientation- my first day in the "real world"... hehe. weird. :) i bought my scrubs yesterday- that was exciting. :) it's really real. i'm so nervous!! eh well... sooo how was this weekend? pretty good, actually. :)

friday night- justin picked me up, and we stopped over his grandmom's for a few minutes, and then went over jon's... when we got there, jon dean and john wahl were both pretty drunk (off those crazy imports!)... jon was wearing my umbro shorty shorts again(!), and had a t-shirt wrapped around his arm, and another around his head like a turban! what?! he kept laughing and saying he was wearing more clothes than anybody else- techincally, he had 2 shirts on! haha... and then i knew john wahl was drunk too, cause he kept pinching my ass! and when i told him to stop slapping my butt- he argued, "i'm not- i'm grabbing it!" haha... so anyways, those crazy boys decided we walk over to albert's cause he was having a party... so we ran across the pike with beer bottles in our hands, praying no cops were driving by! we made it to albert's in no time, and entered the house-- to see everyone in crazy costumes! apparently, it was "european nite"! haha... rodger and jess were a sassy french couple, greeting us with, bourets(sp?) and "bonjour"s! haha... then there was albert- dressed to the nines(!) looking as if he should be giving gondolla(sp??) rides instead of handing out martinis! ryan petrillo was a greasy italian stud, equipted with slicked back hair, the crazy beard, and a shirt unbuttoned enough so you could see his bare chest- and the gold italian horn! hehe... kate was a hott swedish chick(!) with her light blonde hair in pigtails, sweden track jacket, and swedish fish!! and then their were the nazis! yikes! matt o', wiggum(?), and greg kempf! and what's a nazi's best bud?! why a crazy orthodox jew of course! tommy!! haha... it was all too funny... :) well, we stayed there for a little while, but decided to go back to jon's... as we were leaving, timmy and jordan showed up- and timmy had crazy ali g styzzle! haha... when we got back to jon's i smoked a little from the homemade bowl jon made me! justin had a couple hits too, and john wahl kept making us laugh... finally, it was time for justin to take me home, cause he had work early the next day... so he dropped me off, and i had a couple of good dreams. :)

saturday nite- i went over justin's and gave him a card that i bought him. i wrote a little something in it, to let him know how much i appreciate him- and how thankful i am to have him by my side... i just wanted him to know that i could not have done it- could not have become an RN- without the love and support of people in my life like him. <3 *sigh* he kissed me on the forehead, and then we headed out to have dinner at his new favorite resturant- singapore... i took him there once before- it's vegan chinese cuisine in cherry hill... and it's yummy. :) after dinner, we went back to his house and started watching "bowling for columbine"... it was pretty good, despite the fact that we couldn't make it through the whole movie... ;) finally, we fell asleep for a little while, and then we left his house- i for home, and he for tommy's... yep, he's gone now for a week! down to north carolina to see bob shober with timmy and jordan too... i miss him already! but it's kind of good that he's away this week- hell, he's gonna bring back a shitload of fireworks! haha... and anyway, i imagine this week's gonna be a busy one for me, since i'm starting my career! :) eh well... wish me luck. :-D xoxo.

IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSED!!!!! it's official- i am a motherfucking REGISTERED NURSE!!! Leslie Sipala, BSN, RN!!!!!!!!!!!!! RRRRRRRRRRNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!! hahahaha... can ya tell i'm excited?! what a relief- my dream has finally come true! i found out on monday while i was in the bahamas- i couldn't wait til i got home yesterday to find out- so i called my friend sue who looked me up on the pennsylvania state board's website- and there i was with my own special registered nurse license number next to my name!!! when she answered the phone she simply said, "you're a nurse!" haha... best 3 words ever! hehe... yeah, they beat out "i love you"... well, for now! hehe... anyways, since i was on vacation with the family when i found out the good news, my dad decided this was reason to celebrate- so we ate at one of the gourmet resturaunts in the hotel that night, and he ordered a bottle of Moet! hehe... expensive champagne- deeelicious! haha... so then my parents made a toast, and i made one too (and cried!) <--tears of joy! :-D and the night was perfect! and now that i'm home, i just went on the PA board site, just to see it for myself, and it still amazes me... i did it... i really did it. and not only that- i kicked that exam's ASS!! cause i passed in 75 questions- which is the minimum amount of questions the computer can give you-- so if you only get 75 and fail- that means you bombed the test, but if you get 75 and pass- well, that's the best you could do- basically a "perfect" score!! hehe... i hate to brag, but i just feel so proud of myself! and so excited for what's to come!! (i start work at jefferson on monday!!) :)

but anyways! back to the bahamas!! it was AWESOME! we stayed at the Royal Towers at Atlantis, Paradise Island- and really, it's so hard to explain how magnificent that place is... basically, the idea of the resort is that it is a recreation of the mythical underwater city of Atlantis... so the buildings look like coral castles, with part of their structure under water! so that at the lower parts of inside the hotel-- if you look out "the windows" all you see are amazing sea creatures! sharks, huge sting rays, schools of tropical fish... it's absolutely incredible... also, everywhere you walk around the property outside their are bridges over bodies of water with these animals in them... at one part we saw sea turtles, at others- baby hammerhead sharts... it was so awesome to be that close to all of that... plus, the island is gorgeous, the water is crystal clear (and calm!), and the food was really really good! :) and there was gooood places to shop! i'm talking, Versace, Gucci, Lalique, Cartier... hehe... of course, iiii could only window shop, cause i don't have a gazillion dollars!! unlike some others in my family! hehe- my dad was going to buy my mom a Lalique crystal necklace (but she wouldn't let him!!), my little brother bought a $500 Movado watch! (saying, "oh well, that's only 2 paychecks!") haha!!, and georgie bought versace shades... i was eyeing up a really cute pair of gucci shades- they were pink with the 2 little "G"s in the corner in rhinestones, and they were only $175 (which is now do-able for me, since i'm getting my $5,000 bonus from Jefferson soon since i passed my NCLEX!!) buuuuuut, they were too big for my face! hehe... oh well! that's money i saved to pile up in the bank! aaand go towards my car insurance, cell phone, and gym bills... and student loans (soon!)... and beards for cancer!! :)

buuut anyways, the hotel also had a sweeet casino- some of the blown glass art there reminded me of the borgata! but yeah, speeeaking of the casino- my brother joe met rick fox (from the lakers) there!

me: "where joe?? where'd you see him??"
joe: "at the hiiigh rooollers table, babyyy!"

hahaha... yeah right. :) anyways, he said he was actually really nice... my brother ALSO met hulk hogan!!! haha... he said he was a jerk, and i found that out first hand- but i didn't really care- all i kept thinking was- i gotta get an autograph for tommy!! hehe... so yeah, me and my sister saw him at dinner one night- but we weren't about to bug him while he was eating... so finally, on our last day, my sister spotted him walking in the lobby, so i started walking faster and caught up to him- he finally turned around and i asked him for an autograph. he grunted something which i thought was, "sure" and as i bent down to grab a piece of paper and a pen, he kept walking... i looked up and he was 20 feet away from me... the bellman waved me on with a big smile on his face encouraging me to hurry up and catch him, but i stopped instead and mummbled, "jerk off" instead! hehe... eh well... actually, i should have yelled that at him- that he's a bald fucking has-been, and NO he ISN'T the man (like the shirt he was wearing proclaimed he was)!! i'm just glad I'M not a fan of his, cause if i was, something like that would be a total let down- i just really hope he didn't do that to any of his young fans... if he even has any- NO ONE at the hotel bugged him at all-- when he'd walk by, he didn't have to deal with people running up to him and making a big deal about him-- when he walked by, of course you'd notice him- he's huge- but you'd just hear people say quietly, "hey, that's hulk hogan"... oooooh well... at least the whole thing makes for a good story... haha...

buuuut anyways, i gotta get going...

wowzers, i haven't updated in a while... too damn busy i guess! too damn busy having a FABULOUS summer! hehe... lots has happened since i last wrote- mainly a lot of fun stuff (the usual, plus john wahl's MMN 10th anniversary party, the borgata, tony d's, night swimming, etc...), but also some STUDYING!! yikes! yep, i took the NCLEX yesterday... and i feel good. i'll know on monday if i passed... :) i can't wait that loooong... eh well. anyways, the whole experience turned out a lot better than i had thought it was gonna be... on wednesday afternoon, michelle and i went up to princeton to stay at the holiday inn up there- so that we wouldn't have to worry about traffic the day of the test- that and getting up at like 5 in the morning! so yeah, when we checked in, i figured we relax, but michelle busts out a 6pack of miller lites! haha... so we both drank a couple beers, and kept our minds off all that pre-test anxiety! after the beers, we headed to chili's... mmmm... hehe... we got back from chili's and changed into our bathing suits, hit the hot tub for a lil while, and went to bed! in the morning, we got up ready to take the most important exam of our lives!! hehe... and as i was getting ready i sang, "it's the eeeend of the woooorld as we know it- and iiiii feeel fine!" hehe... i had so much nervous energy- it was nuts- and my heart was beating so fast... buuuut- i think i passed. i really do... i just can't wait to know!! hehe... oh yeah, i almost forgot- while i was up there, i got cute flip flops for 2 bucks! :-D awesome! see, the testing center was in this courtyard shopping village type thing, so there were shops everywhere... well, when i finished my exam, i was waiting for michelle to finish, and this woman who worked at the shoe store asked me and 2 other girls i was talking to, to help her carry this big table into the store... so of course we did- she was thanking us over and over, and decided to give the 3 of us $10 gift cards! sweet! sooo, the flip flops i liked were originally $19.99, minus $10, AND 40% off! sweeeeet deal! hehe... buuut anyways enough about yesterday! what's in store for me now? well, justin and i are going out to dinner tonight- maybe catching a movie afterwards- maybe a little alone time later- i mean alooone time... hahaha... then saturday morning i leave for the bahamas! (with the family)- we go to the islands as a family every year... and this year's the best- cause we're staying at the Atlantis... fucking movie star spot. hehe... but anyways, when i get back, i have about 4 days to myself and then i start working!!!! yay!!! i'm nervous, but really excited too! i can't wait to sign my name in a chart for the first time as Leslie Sipala, RN- instead of "SN" (student nurse)! hehe...

oh yeah- almost forgot! i'm blonde again!! PLATINUM! YAYYY!!! i hadda go back to my "roots"! haha... that dark-blonde-post-redhead phase is OVER! on tuesday i went to nancy's work (800 West in Cherry Hill), and she hung out with me while i got my hair done! :) and she even got me her employee discount on my conditioner! yay! hehe... and now she calls me her "blonde bombshell"! hahaha... she cracks me up! oh speaking of nancy, we just had a "girls night" last sunday- we saw "The Notebook" together! awww chick flick! hehe... it was so good- we both cried! hehe... but it was so romantic, i loved it... i really wanna read the book now! my mom said she'll look for it (cause she read it a couple years ago and loved it) but she thinks she must have let someone borrow it or something, cause she can't remember seeing it around for a while now... eh well... currently i've been switching between my "chicken soup for the nurses soul" book, and this book michelle let me borrow- "5 people you meet in heaven"- both of which i'm loving! justin also suggested i borrow his copy of "the hobbit" cause he thinks i'll like it... :)

buuut anyways, as for now, i need to go to target for some last minute stuff to bring on vacation... sweet! :-D xoxo.

[last night]: justin picked me up and we went to tunes! i haven't bought a new cd in a loooong time, so i was itching to buy EVERYTHING! hehe... lucky for my wallet, they didn't have everything i wanted. hehe. but yeah, i ended up getting the new beastie boys cd (so good), the new piebald (eh), and h20's self-titled (it was 4 bucks!!) awesome. i also got justin a police cd (i think it's like the only one he didn't already own), and an in flames cd. (blah!) haha... ooh, and i got a $4 discount, cause brian rang me up (i used to work with him there... ah, the good old days... hehe...)! i wish metal craig was working, too- i haven't seen him since like, february! yeah, the last time i saw him was when *jw* took me out to ritz seafood for valentine's day, <3 and we walked down to tunes after dinner... buuut aaaanyways, after shopping, we went to the new friendly's across the street for ice cream, :) and then headed over to tommy's... when we got to tommy's i finally got to see the infamous prom weekend boob shot! holy shit- not to sound concieted, but my boobs look awesome!! hahaha! seriously- they don't look like that in the mirror- maybe it was the angle- or good lighting! :-D haha... there was also a bunch of other goofy pictures in the new book, and a SUPER sexy one of justin when he had a beard... which is funny, because when he was growing it for a little while, i kinda thought he looked like a scrub! haha... but then that picture- oh my! he has his volcolm hat on, and a little bit of hair is peaking out, and his smile is so natural and cute! <3 i want a copy of it! haha... but aaaaanyways... after hanging out there for a while, tommy said that bernie's had a wednesday night drink special- $5 fishbowls. sooo we decided to go up there for a while (after tommy took 4 shorts of jager)!! so, i got a margarita fishbowl, justin got a red devil/red death fishbowl, and tommy got a white russian... we hung out, laughed about Cheers (sam, frasier, friged lilith!), and got a free shot- compliments of the bartender tommy knows! hehe... so yeah, we were all feeling gooood, so we stopped at dunkin donuts, picked up palante, and headed over to jordan's- where i thought i was gonna have to go swimming in my bra and undies! buuut there was a shitload of jordan's sisters' friends over, so the pool was a no go... we sat on the porch and bullshitted for a while, then i brought justin back to my house, and he walked me to the door "like a gentleman!" hehe...

[TONIGHT!]: me and justin are going to see my brother's band (The Current) at some show in the city, aaand theeeeen, me and *jw* AND my brother frank, are heading down to the borgata and getting CRAZY! haha! yup, tony got a comp, so we're staying over! sweeet! and michelle's coming down too- super sweeeet! can't wait! :)

as for now, i'm gonna go lay out by the pool with georgie for a bit, and then head on out to go shopping! and i'm gonna get *jw*'s graduation present! :) xoxo.

more awesome summer days...

[last wednesday]: went down the shore again with *jw* :) but this time, i got a bit of a tan (instead of staying inside from the rain, like the friday before!) we went to the beach for a while and laid out, took a walk by the water, got pizza and ice cream on the boardwalk, took silly pictures in the photo booth, and tried to save a stray cat!! all in a day's work! hehe... actually, the cat turned out to be some crazy old lady's- so we gave her the food we bought, so the poor thing wouldn't starve to death! :-o but probably the most memorable moment of the day was on the ride down... for no apparent reason, while i was driving, justin looked over at me, held my hand, and was like, "you're so pretty." he still amazes me. <3

[saturday]: summer's graduation party!! i finally finished the collage frames i had been working on for a couple of weeks-- each of the frames had different pictures of the four of us (me, summer, darla, and michelle)- and then in the center of the frames i wrote a little something for them... well, i gave each of them their frames, and they all loved em! :) even "the grinch" (darla)! hehe... and of course, when michelle read what i wrote, she cried! :) she's just as mushy as me!! i was so happy they loved them- the hours i spent working on them definitely paid off! but anyways, i also got them "chicken soup for the nurse's soul", and i got myself one too! i started reading it a couple days ago, and the stories are all great- they make me feel so excited and proud to be a nurse! :) anyways, enough of that! the party was awesome- the food was good, and there was plenty of margaritas and beer to drink!! hehe... later in the night, we played some furious rounds of flip cup, and then went swimming! :) awesome.

[monday]: yesterday was a beautiful day!! so, nancy called me up, and asked me to come over and go swimming, but i suggested she come here- cause the pool temperature was 82 degrees!! :) we laid out for a while, drank lemonade, and relaxed on the rafts... then later on we went to the mall for a little bit, and i found justin's graduation present! hehe... it's a video game controller that you just plug into your tv, and it has a list of about a hundred different old NES games! :) only thing is, it doesn't have zelda on it... BUT, the controller has a port that you can just plug the actual nintendo games into it- so the games you have, you can still play! (without having to worry about blowing into a half broken NES to get it to work!) sweet! :)

[monday night]: was michelle's 23rd birthday- so me, justin, michelle, her boy (bert the paison! hehe), cheryl (her sister), darla, and tony went out in old city- first to the blue martini and then to billy wong's (our spot!) where me and d got down to our boy lloyd banks! G-G-G-giiit, G-UNIIIT! hahaha... well, 3 tanqueri & sprites later, justin drove our drunk asses back to michelle's where we hung out by the pool, i had a beer, and then around 3:30 or so, headed back to my house with darla, and she slept over... (much to tony's jealousy!) haha! "we're gonna spooooon!" :)

[tomorrow]: going down the shore again!! :)

[thursday]: shopping!! guacamole, trixie, urban outfitters perhaps?! (it feels good to have money!) hehe.

[friday]: *jw*'s graduation party!! :-D

friday: went down the shore with justin. and it rained. aaallll day! hehe... so basically, we got down there, justin patched up the hole andy put in the bathroom door, we had sandwiches with his grandmom and cousin sabrina when they got down there, and then went out for ice cream! :) hehe. since we didn't get to go to the boardwalk or anything, we're going down this wednesday! yay! it's supposed to be beautiful- i can't wait!!

saturday: my brother's band played a show at some church in mantua. john wahl decided to come, so we met up at justin's- since the church was like 2 minutes from his house! my brother's band played well, and i made joe laugh a couple times when he was playing. :) i also got to hang out with kelli ("blaster") who i have not seen in forever! it was like the old days... :) after the show, me *jw* and well- JW (John Wahl, hehe!) met up with michelle at our friend bill d's, and the usual craziness ensued thereafter- complete with me and michelle fake taking shots of whiskey with the boys, and an amazing back massage i got from john! :-D the line of the night- justin: "my goal is to still be drunk when i go to work tomorrow!" but nope, that didn't happen- hungover was more like it! hehe... eh well.

sunday: my graduation dinner at A Little Cafe in voorhees! :) the food was awesome, tony & mike, michelle, darla, and justin cracked me up all night, aaand i got AWESOME gifts including: the floating heart earrings from tiffany's (to match my necklace and bracelet!) from my sister and brothers, another beautiful pair of earrings from tiffany's from my aunt georgie and uncle art, "the red cross" necklace (also from tiffany's!!) from my uncle billy, a bling bling anne klein watch from tony and mike, amazing cards (especially what justin wrote), and oh yeah- $1500 in cash from various relatives!!!! AND my parents are paying for my trip to europe!!! AHHHH!!! :-D oh yeah, and justin's taking me to Anthony's (on station ave) for dinner. <3 anyways, after the awesome time i had at dinner, (and the numerous glasses of wine i drank!), i decided we should all go out! so me, michelle, tony, and my brother frankie headed to the spot... mike had to leave to go back up to newark for his physical therapy affiliation, and darla had a stomach ache :( so the rest of us went out and had a great time! the spot was closed (as we figured it would be!), so we hit up the landmark next door... after they closed, we headed down to our favorite white trash spot, sharky's! haha... and exchanged Weird NJ stories on the way there! jersey devil citings! AHHH!!! haha... on the way home we took a bunch of goofy picures (which i'm sure i will post soon!), and had a led zeppelin rock out session!! we laughed so much, it was the perfect ending to my night! hahaha!!!

AHHHH!!! i got eaten alive last night! has anyone noticed that the mosquitos these days are humungous?! anyways, it was worth it- cause we got to go night-swimming again! but this time we went over nancy's and swam in HER pool, instead of mine- so the water was actually warm! and justin gave me surfboard rides, and piggy backs! and lots of wet kisses! hehe... i think maybe next week, i'll have everybody come over to swim here again! :) i'll just have to turn the heater on, so the water isn't freezing again!! hehe...

anyways, monday (steph's 21st b-day dinner at the cheesecake factory!) was super fun... good people, good food, good drinks, good cheesecake!! steph's friends were all really really nice (especially the asians!) hehe! at the bar, i ordered a stoli vanilla & sprite, and then a mojito. and then i tasted steph's dirrty martini (top shelf!) deelicious! hehe... after dinner, a bunch of us got cheesecake- i got an oreo one! awesome! hehe... then on the way home, i rode with taylor (he drove steph's car), and steph went with her friend christine (who was driving a white car)... sooo we're driving along following the white car, until we end up on 73?? we were following the wrong car!! haha... me: "omigod- it's not them!! we're lost! hahaha! i'm calling steph- shit! i don't have a signal?!" taylor: "and my phone's in steph's car!" me: "wait- we're IN steph's car!!" hahaha... ridiculous! :-D after that fiasco, i met justin and eeerrbody at bowling- where hooch and ryan lee got into a huge fight with some big dude! yikes! like 15 cops showed up- it was crazy!!

but aaaanyways- saved by the bell is on!! :) gotta finish watching my zach morris <3 hehe... xoxo.

hahaha... sike! but some chick from ym magazine wanted him to fill out an information card ... they're looking for "new talent"! hahaha... yeah, she approached justin and taylor (steph's boy) at the no doubt show last night! HOLLA!! haha... "i don't sell out." :-D aw man, she was wicked pissed- she so wanted the boys to pose in their undies! haha- maybe it was just that they looked like "sk8tr boyz"- ya know cause avril made that coool and in style and stuff. hahaha... anyways, the show last night was AWESOME! :) gwenny looked so hot- she makes me want to BE her- like for real. haha... i can't wait to go platinum again! hehehe...

yeah, so last night was a nice ending to a sweet weekend! :) PROM WEEKEND! haha... i knew it was gonna be pretty sweet when it started- once nancy put madonna's immaculate collection on in the car on the ride down! haha... yeah, we went down a couple hours after the boys, cause it was bobby (her little brother)'s prom, so she wanted to see him before he left, aaand i didn't want her to have to drive down by herself, so i went with her to see her bro (he looked so cute! hehe) and then down to wildwood we went! singing "like a virgin" like a bunch of goofballs, and later listening to some OLD school hip hop! haha... so aaanyways, we made it down there, and justin was already drunk! haha... he's so silly when he's drunk- he was all like, "baby i missed yoooou!!" and being all lovey-dovey... haha... dork. heheh. jk- i love that shit. :-D hehehe... so yeah, in a nutshell, the whole weekend was full of excessive drinking (power hours at 4 in the afternoon!!), smoking (c'mon- timmy and jordan were there!), and lots of making out! haha... in the bathroom, in the bedroom, in the afternoon!! hehehe... sooo much fun! oh yeah- let's not forget- i beat hadfield in an intense game of battleship! hahaha... only thing that SUCKED ass- dr.unk dr.ama! hehe... yeah, in short- andy in his drunkeness not only punched a hole through the bathroom door(!), but then the next night, he fell and ripped the toilet paper roll off the wall!! yikes. good news: me and justin are going down there for the day on friday, so he can fix and paint the door, aaand his grandmom wasn't too mad! yay!! buuut, i highly doubt we'll be going down again next year! ooh ouch! eh well, at least we made it to 5 years! or in my case- 3! :) john wahl gave a good toast saturday night-- "here's to 5 years of prom weekend- even if you haven't been here the whole time!" :) yeah, i drank to that! hehe... thanks johnny!

so yeah, this weekend was fucking great, and i can't wait to go down again on friday with just my *jw*! <3 aaand theeeeen- sunday is my graduation party! so far my summer has been fucking fabulous! :) no school, no work (til august!), no responsibilities! just living it up, relaxing, partying, hanging out with my bunny!! hehe... the past couple of nights have epitomized what summer is all about!

[wednesday]: was supposed to go to 80's nite for the first time in FOREVER with steph, albert, and bbbiiillll, so when those plans fell through, i thought the night was a bust... until justin came over and we went to the diner with jon and tommy... ok, the diner's not much excitement, but that was just the begining of the story! i decided (since my parents were away) that they should all come back to my house and go swimming! well, they were all for it! when we got back to my house, tommy said he was gonna swim naked, (which was fine by me)- but then i thought if my brothers came home and saw him- they might think that's kinda weird... so AS A JOKE, i threw down 3 pairs of my running shorts, and the boys took em... when i came downstairs from changing into my bathing suit- there they were- in all their shorty short glory! haha... yes, all three of the boys were wearing a pair of my shorts! hehe... jon dean was probably the funniest- he was wearing a pair of UMBRO's of mine from like 7th grade!! haha... i took a picture of them in all that hottness, which i will post later... but if you would like to see a smaller version of it now, just go to:

anyways, we went swimming for a while, and then justin's drunk ass passed out on my couch! so he stayed over... :)

[thursday]: went out with my girls, summer and michelle... we hit up sharky's (such a DIVE!)- but it's in williamstown which is like 20 minutes south of me and michelle, and about 20 minutes north of summer- so it's a good half-way spot, so none of us had to drive too far out of the way... anyways, we had an awesome time (as we always do when we're out together!)... we were even gonna do a little drunk karaoke! (YIKES!) but there wasn't any enticing songs to choose from... hehe... anyways, after i dropped michelle off, i went to jordan's around 2... justin and johnny were there cause the 3 of them went to the gay in flames show that night! hehe... anyways, timmy and tommy stopped by, and me, jordan, and timmy smoked... crazy! hehe... needless to say, i was feeling pretty good... so justin drove us back to his grandmom's (cause she's down the shore for the weekend), and i slept there. :)

[friday]: went over hadfield's... somewhat of a repeat of the previous night's sillyness, except i had to take justin home to mantua (cause he had work the next day)! that drive home was interesting to say the least!! hehe... but nonetheless, it was still a great night. :)

[saturday]: everyone(!) went over jordan's and crammed our little asses on his porch... me, justin, tommy, timmy, john, jon, nancy, bbbiiillll, matt o, greg, kate, andy, ryan lee... yeah, it was packed... and we all sat there drinking 40's and listening to metal... haha... well actually- i was not paying any attention to the shitty metal they were rocking out to, and technically i wasn't drinking a 40- cause it wasn't malt liquor!! hehe... as bbbiiillll would say- it's just a big beer! (40 oz miller lite!) hehe... but yeah, it was still a good time! especially john's KEG CAN! haha! surprisingly he still has all of his teeth and isn't into incest or similar white trash activities... haha... buuuut anyways(!), due to the limited seating, we were trying to be a bit creative with what room we had- i sat on jordan's lap for a while, and would open and close his 40 for him, or ash his cigarettes ;), then john wahl sat on my lap for a while and asked me to marry him (cause i gave him a backrub!) haha... and then nancy booted john off, and i rubbed her back for a while... which ryan lee seemed to get some enjoyment out of that- that perv! haha... :)

[tonight]: me, justin, tommy, timmy, "boy george" (hehe), esco (spelling?), john, and nancy just hung out over jon's for a while...

[tomorrow]: nancy's bbq! :)

[FRIDAY-SUNDAY]: "prom weekend" hehe... going down to justin's shorehouse for the 3rd year... should be an awesome time, as usual. :) lots of checkers to be played i'm sure... but not too much! and bon jovi! hehe... good times. then that sunday, we're coming home, and me and *jw* are going to the no doubt show!! :-D i can't wait!!!!!!!
